No win, no fee funding. We offer contingency fee agreements (no win, no fee agreements) for Employee Employment Claims. Such agreements can be used to fund compensation claims brought against Employers in The Employment Tribunal; such claims can include Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, Redundancy, etc. Under the terms of the agreement you would be charged nothing for the work we undertake, unless you are successful and recover compensation. In the event that compensation is recovered, we would charge between one third and 40 percent of the compensation. Win or lose, you would also be responsible for expenses and disbursements, such as travelling expenses, Barrister's fees, photocopying, etc. However, given our values at Dawsons Law of cost transparency, you would be consulted about all such expenses and disbursements before having to incur them.
Private client. At Dawsons Law we do not undertake any Public Funded work. Therefore all claims (not conducted on the above funding methods) would be conducted on our hourly rate plus VAT. We would provide you with an estimate of our costs prior to conducting any work upon your behalf. We would not exceed this estimate unless there was good reason to do so; such reasons would be discussed with you before incurring further expenses. In order for you to be able to manage your fees, we would invoice monthly, so that you are not submitted with a bill for the whole of your legal fees at the end of the matter.
